How To Get Beautiful Skin

Want to get beautiful skin ?
Follow these simple steps and get healthy skin.

  • Use Sunscreen SPF 15 while going out doors and working in kitchen in front of stove.
  • Eat fresh Fruits, and fresh Vegetables and drink Juices.
  • Massage and Moisturize your skin one a week if you are above 30, and once after  15 days  if you are under 30.
  • Go for a morning walk and take exercise daily.
  • Sleep at least 7-8 hours in 24 hours. 
  • Drink a lot of fresh an cold water.
  • Take some food supplements containing vitamin E and A.
